{"id":494,"date":"2023-01-11T06:06:06","date_gmt":"2023-01-11T06:06:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lanyachem.de\/?p=494"},"modified":"2026-03-20T03:26:06","modified_gmt":"2026-03-20T03:26:06","slug":"policy-changed-for-form-a-in-china","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lanyachem.de\/index.php\/2023\/01\/11\/policy-changed-for-form-a-in-china\/","title":{"rendered":"Policy changed for FORM-A in China"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In accordance with GACC Announcement No.84 of 2021, from Dec.01, 2021 the customs will no longer issue GSP (Generalized System of Preferences) certificate of origin (FORM-A) for goods exported to EU member states, Britain, Canada, Turkey, Ukraine, Liechtenstein and other countries that no longer give China GSP preferential tariff treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Up to now, only three countries Norway, New Zealand and Australia have retained the GSP treatment, and you can still apply for FORM-A for goods exported to these three countries<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From December 1st, 2021, you can apply for&nbsp;general certificates of origin (CO) to&nbsp;replace FORM-A.
