Used as end plate agent, cleaning agent and release agent used in organic chemical and pharmaceutical medical manufacturing, in silicon oil and silicon rubber manufacturing; as raw material of silazane.

Flammable and toxic liquid. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Container which are opened must be carefully resealed and keep upright to prevent leakage.
