Application
- Universal sililation reagent, silica surface treatment, pharmaceutical intermediate, photoresist adhesion promotor and other electronic, semiconductor and industrial uses.
- Can be used in special organic synthesis. Methylsilylation in the synthesis of amikacin, penicillin, cefomycin, fluorouracil and various penicillin derivatives. It can also be used for surface treatment of diatomite, silica, titanium and other powders.
Storage: Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from water, fire, and heat. Protect from direct sunlight.
Recommend Shelf Life: 12 months.
