Policy changed for FORM-A in China
In accordance with GACC Announcement No.84 of 2021, from Dec.01, 2021 the customs will no longer issue GSP (Generalized System of Preferences) certificate of origin (FORM-A) for goods exported to EU member states, Britain, Canada, Turkey, Ukraine, Liechtenstein and other countries that no longer give China GSP preferential tariff treatment. Up to now, only three countries Norway, New Zealand and Australia have retained the GSP treatment, and you can still apply for FORM-A for goods exported to these three countries From December 1st, 2021, you can apply for general certificates of origin (CO) to replace FORM-A.
